Hello. I’m new here and I hope my first article might be helpful to some new WordPress users. In this example, I am using WordPress version 3.01 to explain this. If you are using an older version, don’t worry. It should be almost the same. Otherwise, install the latest version of WordPress if you’re not sure.

Now let’s start:

  1. In your WordPress, in the left column. Under the Mail Prayed Pageclick add new.
  2. By default, the WordPress editor looks very simple. It’s just a white box with a little icon (or tools) on top of it.
  3. First, move your mouse cursor and click on the location within the editor space, where you want to place the image.
  4. Then move your mouse cursor to the top of the WordPress editor, you will see the words Load/Insert, click the small rectangle icon right next to it on the right side. (the one that is closest)
  5. Is he add an image icon link
  6. A new popup will open, it will say, Add media files from your computer.
  7. Click on the select files.
  8. Now find the image file you want to insert in the editor space.
  9. Wait for it to crisp… delicious
  10. Then the image thumbnail will be displayed (if it is not displayed, maybe your upload failed or your image filename is not named in alphabet or number).
  11. you can leave the Titleempty field if you want.
  12. Click on the Noneunder the Link URL.
  13. Select the Alignment Y Size you want.
  14. Finally, click on the Embed in post Prayed insert on page.
  15. The popup window will close automatically.
  16. Now your newly uploaded image is displayed in the editor area.
  17. If you want to move it to another paragraph or line, you can move the mouse cursor over the image, click the left mouse button and hold it down. Drag the image to the location you want.

That is all. Very easy to insert an image in WordPress.
