If you want your voice to be deep, you need to strengthen your neck muscles. Remember that the larynx or larynx, which is the organ that produces your voice, is a muscle. The more tense the muscle, the higher the voice. Normally, the neck muscles do the work of supporting the neck. But if they are too weak, the muscles around the larynx have to loosen up, resulting in tight muscles and a higher voice. So, to tackle this problem, you need to do some exercises to strengthen your neck muscles. Here are three simple exercises you can try that require no equipment.

For the first exercise, place your left or right hand on your forehead. Then, let your head tilt forward with your chin moving toward your chest, while your hand provides resistance by pushing back. Hold this position for about two seconds, and then return to the starting position. This exercise can be done standing or sitting, although if you are standing, make sure you maintain good posture. Posture is an important part of making your voice deep.

For the second exercise, start by placing the palm of your hand on the back of your head. Then tilt your head back with your chin pointing up as your palm pushes forward. Hold this position for two seconds, and then return to the starting position. Again, this can be done while sitting or standing.

For the third exercise, place the palm of your left hand on the left side of your head. Move your head toward your left shoulder while your hand provides resistance. Hold the position for two seconds, and then return to the starting position. Repeat with the right side.

You should do at least three repetitions of each exercise. These exercises are also good for reducing tension and helping your voice deepen. You can also do these exercises as part of your regular strength training routines.
