  2. crystal director – To achieve this rank or level you must qualify as a director or any other level above for the month and have at least 1 first generation or higher qualified director in your team or “downlineWhen you reach this rank or level and complete the requirements, you can earn 20% personal sales commission, 6% personal sales bonus, 4-5% lifetime personal sponsorship override bonus, which means you get paid by members you personally sponsored and their sales, and 3% core team overrides, which means you earn money from any of your core teams after they make sales.

Platinum Star Director – To achieve this level or rank and payouts included, you must be Director Qualified or above for the month, have 10 or more Lead Qualified Directors or above on your core team for the month, and have 6 Personally Sponsored Bonus Qualified Consultants. Once you complete all of those requirements, you can earn a 20% personal sales commission, 10% personal sales bonus, 4-5% lifetime personal sponsorship bonus, 4% core team bonus , a 5% first generation bonus, a 2.5% second generation bonus, and a 1.5% third generation override.

Products are decent but not mass market, should also consider offering men’s jewelry! You can definitely make women very happy with your products or things, but if you are looking to make some serious income, you need to find a company that offers products or things that almost everyone could need or want. Opportunity is tough! You have to reach a ton of ranks or levels while completing a lot of requirements to earn money and when you do earn money, it’s not much! Their 20% commission on personal sales isn’t high enough to get even remotely excited about. You can also lose your rank or level in the company in any month! The cost, however, is not bad at all! The monthly fee for the personal website is understandable but not necessary. It’s designed to help you generate sales online, but you can do it for free on your own if you learn how to generate traffic!
