  9. The neighborhoods and homes are exquisite and highly prestigious with large lots and 20 foot retreats. Orange County is where you want to live. You are 15 minutes from the ocean and 60 minutes from the snow in the winter months. We have plenty of freeway connections and you can be traveling around OC in minutes.
